Don went above and beyond to help us focus on what really matters...and the professional photos (including drone footage) were outstanding. Bottom line, he sold our home quickly (less than a weekend) at 8% above our asking price. Additionally, Don was also incredibly accommodating of our work from home schedules and went the extra mile to negotiate flexibility into our contract, which enabled us one last cherished Christmas in our family home. Started with an easy lunch meeting to narrow what we were looking for and in the Market we were looking for. Don made everything easy seemingly always available for a call or text. Always having a new prospect house for us to see as well as getting us access to houses we found on Zillow. We spent just under a year looking at houses in the Chesterfield County, Virginia area even took a 3 month break after being overbid on about 7 homes, Don was still there checking in on us as we had our child and making sure we knew when we were ready to look again he was there. His team was fantastic as well! Can?t say enough of how happy you will be if Don Reid is your Realtor!

He showed us existing homes as well as new construction whenever we were able to visit from Florida. When we couldnt be here to look, he sent us new listings and kept us informed of developments in the area. We ultimately decided on new construction; something wed not done before. Don guided us through the process and periodically sent pictures of the progress when we couldnt be here. He was also able to provide recommendations for services we needed (such as painters). We would definitely recommend Don!

Because of social media, I found out a high school friend was married to a realtor, Don. A text message then a phone call led to Don becoming my realtor, site unseen. A gut feeling told me this was the right person and I couldnt have been happier with the outcome. From the point we met to the day of closing, there was a comfort level between Don, my dad and me that I knew we were in good hands even if I couldnt actually be in VA to take care of everything needed to sell the house. The process was pretty seamless and Don kept dad and me in the loop throughout the entire process.
