ZillowVERIFIED We have bought and sold 7 different homes in 4 states with several realtors. Dina was one of the best agents we have worked with. In our first meeting she asked questions to understand what we were looking for and narrowed down which listings to show us. She is very knowledgeable of the SPI market. Dina showed us several listings that fit our criteria while staying in our budget. She was always available to answer our questions even when she was half way around the world to watch the eclipse. Highly recommend Dina to anyone looking to buy or sell!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were shopping for a house in the South Padre area and we found Dina on the internet. We had visited the area a month ago, and decided we loved it, but were not able to travel down to spend time looking for houses in person. So, a 100% on-line experience for us, which has to be the hardest way to buy a house. But with Dina's help it was extemely easy and confidence inspiring. Her video tours of the houses we looked at were so good that I think I learned more than on previous in-person walk throughs I have done. The closing was very smooth, and at every step of the process she was available, this despite a couple hours time zone difference. I honestly could not imagine a better buyer's agent to work with. Her bio says she's been doing this for a while, and all that exerpience shows and made a huge difference.

ZillowVERIFIED Dina was great. I flew in several times and she was always prepared to show me what I wanted to see in one day and often with short notice. She is quick to respond and perfect for locals and especially out of town buyers. She wont waste your time or leave you wondering what is going on.

ZillowVERIFIED First, if 10 stars was an option, we would have rated her that! For every obstacle that we encountered Dina had multiple options to mitigate those issues. She responded quickly and professionally to any requests or questions we had. In fact, while she was on vacation in Iceland, we found the perfect condo we wanted. She responded to our requests for a virtual tour and then worked the paperwork to put in an offer. Also, the day of our closing, she had jury duty but still sent us a text telling us we had the condo and provided all the information for us to get into the condo. Her professionalism and knowledge of South Padre Island's unique real estate market makes her the only realtor we would recommend to our friends, family or anyone who asks.Thank you Dina for everything you have done for us and for helping us make our dreams come true!Ina & Dave Sherman

From there she took control and kept us informed as the whole process played out. She explained everything that was being done and what we had to do. So happy with the results! ZillowVERIFIED Dina is a very knowledgeable and skilled agent. She provided great guidance in preparation for our visit to South Padre Island about each of the condominiums that we wanted to see. She provided a great deal of information about the process from offer, counter offer and closing. After we submitted the contract, she kept my wife and I informed of every step from submission, appraisal, some minor repairs and closing. She was great to work with and was available anytime we had a question or just wanted to know where we were in the process. We would recommend Dina to anyone that was interested in purchasing any type of property on South Padre Island.

ZillowVERIFIED Dina Rich is the consummate professional. We selected her to help us with a beach property purchase because she had consistent high ratings and was easy to get in touch with to start the process. Once the process started (and ours started and restarted a few times due to unforeseen events), she was easily accessible and responsive (by text, email, or portal updates). Dina has a deep understanding of the South Padre Island real estate market and can help newcomers navigate with ease and confidence. Because she is highly organized, you can rely on her to keep all the paperwork complete and up to date to get you to a successful closing - especially when faced with a series of unforeseen delays that require constant updates or amendment, and effective communications. Simply stated, Dina Rich is highly dependable, experienced, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend her! We will become repeat clients because we will retain her services again in the future. ZillowVERIFIED Dina was a wonderful realtor through the entire process from searching for a property to the closing. We are not from the area and needed someone with local knowledge to guide us in our search. Dina was very knowledgeable about SPI properties and helped us to understand the market and narrow it down to what we were specifically looking for. She was quick to reply to any of our inquiries and was readily available for in person and virtual showings. Dina is highly connected with other realtors on the island and she had the inside track on the property we eventually purchased. We were so confident in her services we referred other family and friends to DIna before we had even closed. We would use Dina again in the future and would with out any hesitation recommend her to anyone we know who is looking to live out their island dreams.

She adeptly used every tool in her arsenal to market and sell our home, from conventional listings, property showings and advertisements, to deploying the latest in todays technology by using the Internet and social media. Dina kept us abreast throughout the process by providing weekly updates, local statistics, recommendations, to buyer feedbacks. We were amazed, and thoroughly impressed, our home sold in under three months, from initial signing and listing around Labor Day, through to closing before Thanksgiving. Thanks Dina! The property I was initially interested in sold quickly so Dina sent me links to several comparable properties on South Padre Island. She was very patient, honest and thoughtful when answering my many questions. My husband and I drove to SPI and looked at MANY condos with her before we found the one we wanted. Over the next month, Dina guided us through the contract and sales process and quickly got back to me when needed. We are spending our first week at the condo and couldn't be happier. Thanks, Dina.
