Keller Williams LRGV - SPI

I loved working with Dina. Shes very good at what she does, understands the island very well and was great at pin pointing the right property for me. She was also very patient and explained well the steps as we went thru the process.

I looked on line for the most experienced realtor and find Dina. Hands down, she is the Best!!! Dina has a great personality combined with the ability to negotiate, network and solve problems. She had many years of experience and will let you know what to expect. She is a top realtor and knows the South Padre market. You cannot do better than hire Dina Rich!!!

Dina was perfect!!! Patient and knowledgeable. She was always available to answer questions. Showed us properties that fit our criteria. Never pushy. We would use Dina again. Dina found us our dream place.

Dina is a market knowledge expert on all aspects of South Padre Island. Dinas knowledge and expertise made the process of listing and selling our condo seamless. She is an expert is her field, she is kinda, well spoken and explains things well. I highly recommend Dina for buying/selling needs.

Dina is amazing. We have bought and sold with her. I would never use anyone else! She is smart, responsive, and goes above and beyond. She answered every call and text. She worked with us patiently to help us get a fair offer without ever pressuring us into a decision. Throughout the closing process, she was informative about every step and took care of paperwork quickly. 10/10 recommend!
