ZillowVERIFIEDDianna was helpful from the start. When a property that I liked fell through, she knew what I was looking for and suggested these properties that I fell in love with. She is very knowledgeable of the local area and helped me in the right direction on many of my questions that didn't necessarily have to do with the sale of the property. She followed up with the other agents and my attorney to keep the transaction moving when others let it stall. She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her highly! Thank you Dianna!

ZillowVERIFIED Dianna continues to be a joy to work with. My husband and I bought a home with her assistance in 2014 and have been casually looking for a business/income property. Dianna responds to all my inquiries promptly and is always available to answer questions or show properties at a moments notice. She is well informed on the area and is able to give great insight on home/land values as well as work needed in potential properties.

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say about Dianna Dettloff? Quite a bit; and all of it good. From the moment I phoned her to tell her I was thinking of selling my home, she was there for me. She made me feel comfortable, right from the start, and that feeling continued throughout the rigors of a home sale, because now, we are just a few days away from closing. To me Dianna is much more than a Realtor, she's someone I can ask any question, and be sure to always receive an honest responsible answer. She will calm and ease you through the stress of selling a home, and in addition to being a fantastic Realtor, she's a very, very nice person.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the privilege of working with Dianna Dettloff as my realtor when looking to purchase a lake home in Damascus, PA. I was interested in a specific home and Dianna was able to guide me through the process to purchase my dream vacation home! Dianna's knowledge of the Wayne County area was invaluable. I wasn't from the area so she was able to make recommendations along the way - providing me with names of possible home inspectors, attorneys for closing, good restaurants, etc. Dianna was there to help and support me in every possible way from the moment I first saw the house until the day of closing. She has continued to be a friend since buying the house. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Dianna Dettloff to any person who is looking to buy or sell a home! Vincent McHale

ZillowVERIFIED Ive been working with Dianna Dettloff for about four years now on a rental property in northeastern Pennsylvania. I live in California and rely on Dianna for her boundless energy, her attention to detail and her business savvy in placing tenants for this property. We work well as a team and I am most appreciative of her innate sense of people, her thorough vetting of potential renters and her network of local tradesmen to handle repairs, construction, etc. She is a busy and successful woman, but when we interact, she always gives my issues the attention they require and makes me feel like I'm her only client. Our relationship has recently moved to a new level due to a decision to sell the property. I know that Diannas professionalism, creativity, enthusiasm and knowledge of the local real estate market will all be hugely beneficial in finding a buyer for the property. Thank you, Dianna, for all you do!

ZillowVERIFIED Dianna was extraordinarily helpful in our search for a suitable parcel of land upstate during the spring of 2012. We had rather specific needs and requests, which she took the time to understand and did her best to meet. There was never a sense of judgment (which can be the case with some realtor estate agents). On the contrary, she seemed to very much understand our requests and made extra efforts to find something that could work. Due to circumstances beyond Diannas control we did not find a parcel that worked this round and had to take some time off the search for land. However, when we resume looking, we will undoubtedly work again with Dianna.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying your first home is expected be an arduous untertaking, and with good reason. I personally never fell into that train of though, I believe that with the correct representation buying a home, first or otherwise, is an exciting and rewarding experience. A lot of agents I encountered did not want to take time and answer my particular questions, it was almost as if they only sold homes to those that bough them before. Those agents lost a client. When I contacted Dianna she immediatly responded with enthusiam and even mirrored my excitement while providing a professional level of service thats expected of a real estate agent. She was honest, dilligent and friendly throughout the home buying proces and got us into our first home. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Dianna to anyone searching for a real estate professional to represent them and I look forward to working with her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED In the spring of 2010 I stopped in to Dianna's office to see about listing some properties for sale. After some breif conversation about marketing outside the MLS I decided to list with Dianna. Due to some market changes Dianna advised to adjust the pricing on certain properties which resulted in a sale. Because of Dianna's professional advice and creative marketing I was able to CLOSE on a large lot in a very hostile market. We are currently still marketing properties and spec homes in the area. I am confident that we will be selling more realestate in the near future.Thank you, Kenneth Matz, pres. Sixm Construction Inc.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been dealing with Penn-York Real Estate and knowing Dianna Gilbert for 20 years. My first transaction was in early 1990s when I bought 5 acres land in Naeeowsberg, New York and went very well. My second transaction was in 1993 when I bought 101 acres in Beach Lake, PA and also went great. Finally, in early 2000s, I sold the 5 acres in Narrowsberg and Dianne was my broker. I know Dianna and her family very well and she is a good real Estate agent and very decent person.
