ZillowVERIFIEDDerek Eyring is quite simply The Absolute Best Agent You Can Get! With 31 years of experience, Derek's professionalism, expertise and real time market comprehension are unparalleled. He is quick to respond, will treat you like family, has answers for all your questions and has invaluable feedback and guidance for the questions you've yet to think of. My wife and I couldn't be more satisfied with Derek, the sale of our home, the smooth/effortless flow from pre listing to closing. Derek is a man of integrity, honesty, and goes above and beyond well after regular business hours to ensure his clients needs are met. You would be remiss to use any other agent!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Derek is phenomenal! He made the entire home-selling process an absolute breeze. He gave us great suggestions on prepping the house prior to listing it and was very thorough in explaining the entire process and what to expect. He was extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He made the entire process entirely seamless and surprisingly stress-free and the house sold in three days! Highly recommend Derek...he's truly wonderful and deserves 10 stars!

ZillowVERIFIED Derek was great throughout the process. We had a previous realtor and switched for area knowledge and we made the right decision. We also kept our first home as a rental and he was helpful in connecting us with resources to get that up and running.

ZillowVERIFIED Derek was great, He knew what Kinds of things to look for in older houses (because we wanted an older house with character but not too many issues) and he knew the kinds of things that people try to "cover up" and he knew how to help us plan for what we'd want to do! Great Person, Very smart about the area and knows the perfect neighborhood for you! He helped us get a great deal and stuck with us through the entire process! I would definately choose him again! Update!!! We just used Derek as our agent for the sale of our first home and purchase of our second home! He was amazing again this time! He was always available for any and all of our questions. He helped us find the perfect home for our growing family and get a great deal on it! He also made sure the sale of our first home went as smoothly as possible and ensured all of the hiccups along the way were taken care of! He was always looking out for us!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Derek was a real pleasure. Derek is very knowledgeable in both the local market and the process of real transactions. His advice was always on the money. He was able to move a property that I was unable to sell before. He negotiated several issues with my transaction and the sale went through very smoothly. Any hiccups were swiftly handled and I was told quickly about them and what the solution was to resolve them. Most importantly, Derek was able to competently and caringly walk me through what normally is an anxiety inducing process. I would highly recommend working with Derek.

ZillowVERIFIED Derek and his partner were great to deal with. They showed me lots of properties and never gave up on helping me find the right one. I have referred them to a friend who will be buying soon. Thanks again.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a very active private capital lender and investor. Derek has proven himself to be one of the best investor buying realtors I have ever worked with. He takes a fiduciary approach with his clients to insure they obtain all the necessary data to make informed decisions. He is diligent, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He makes himself available and is responsive which is critical in this market. I use him not only to buy for our portfolio and our clients but also as a listing agent for re-sales because of his ability to identify crucial exit prices and sell within specified time frames. With over 20 years of real estate investing, there is nothing more important than a realtor like Derek. I spend great effort continuing to find realtors like Derek and highly recommend him if you are interested in investing in real estate or just selling your home. His years of experience have provided him a wealth of contacts, knowledge, and resources invaluable to both buyers and sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Derek has been an eye opening experience for me - I now understand that not all real estate agents provide the same level of service. None of the agents I've used in the past even came close to matching the great service that Derek has provided me on my last two home purchases. I highly recommend Derek and I hope to work with him in the future.Jeff Bazinet
