John L Scott Tacoma North

We bought our home from Derek. This was a very smooth and quick transaction in which Derek was available and responded timely and honestly to any questions or help we may have had or needed. We have and will continue to recommended Derek to family and friends!

Derek was great throughout the process. We had a previous realtor and switched for area knowledge and we made the right decision. We also kept our first home as a rental and he was helpful in connecting us with resources to get that up and running.

Derek Eyring is quite simply The Absolute Best Agent You Can Get! With 31 years of experience, Derek's professionalism, expertise and real time market comprehension are unparalleled. He is quick to respond, will treat you like family, has answers for all your questions and has invaluable feedback and guidance for the questions you've yet to think of. My wife and I couldn't be more satisfied with Derek, the sale of our home, the smooth/effortless flow from pre listing to closing. Derek is a man of integrity, honesty, and goes above and beyond well after regular business hours to ensure his clients needs are met. You would be remiss to use any other agent!!!

Derek has helped us with many transactions through the years. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and has a firm handle on the region and where the market is. I wouldnt use anyone else!! Trust his expertise, he will get the job done right!!!

Derek is phenomenal! He made the entire home-selling process an absolute breeze. He gave us great suggestions on prepping the house prior to listing it and was very thorough in explaining the entire process and what to expect. He was extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He made the entire process entirely seamless and surprisingly stress-free and the house sold in three days! Highly recommend Derek...he's truly wonderful and deserves 10 stars!
