ZillowVERIFIED Had a great experience. She was able to navigate through a fast changing market. Current US housing market has sales down for the 10th straight month. She was able to strategize to stay ahead of the market instead of falling behind it. Kept me informed constantly and always did her research. She had the pulse of the local market. Specifically, a few properties that could affect the pricing of mine. Was very considerate to my situation of not being able to physically visit the property. Situations like checking on the property for security, cleanliness, and ensuring it was presentable. I did not have anyone else that was local. In negotiations, she was ahead of the game. Continually pushed buyers to meet deadlines. On 3 separate occasions we formally notified buyers of our demands with respect to time. Without her, I would probably still be in escrow.

She worked with my schedule and was there to answer any and all of my question. Even once the deal was closed she help me find a handyman to help with the paint job I would like to have done.
