Her abilities are far beyond passion and skills are highly noted in her kind and can do attitude are superior among anyone I have ever encountered, I commend and appreciate her work she has done for me and my sister. T hank you very very much

Delaila was adequate and professional. She explained the market and made sure that my expectations were met. I appreciate her hard work and can-do attitude when it came to putting my biggest concerns first. I recommend her to anyone needing a real estate agent.

I had a worry-free experience With Delaila. Since we were introduced, she demonstrated her knowledge and immediately started the marketing. She kept me informed of every aspect of the sale. The home was listed for sale and lasted on the market for fourteen days. Delaila worked hard with the lender, escrow company and the buyer making assuring the closing of escrow on the stipulated date.

Delaila went above and beyond what was expected. Her knowledge and expertise helped me tremendously in navigating the probate process in all the areas of selling real estate. I could expect timely responses to queries and questions about different resources. Being from another state, I appreciated her checking on the property, picking up mail, and just making me aware of how the different processes work. She always made herself available to help and "destress" the process. Something for which I will be forever grateful.

Delaila was an absolute pleasure to work with. Delaila communication was outstanding, always promptly answering questions and keeping us informed. She clearly explained complex details and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Delaila.
