She provided a lot of general information about the house and augmented it with personal knowledge about previous owner and especially how she updated the and cared for the home. ZillowVERIFIED We listed our house January 2014, 4 r 2.5 bath house in Moultrie for $137,500. We reduced the price 6 weeks ago. Price wasn't changed on Realtor.Com & our house has only been shown a total of 3 times in 7 months. This is a true experience. We were asked to sign a 1 year contract under the assumption that it would save time later & of course shouldn't take that long to sell. We ask to terminate the contract after 7 months & agent wants to charge us $500 for her time to list the house on the free sites. That's $166 per showing. Good luck working with these folks!
