She hosted an open house for agents serving them time consuming charcuterie cups with mimosas she spent many hours promoting my home and making it look even more beautiful than we knew it was. My home showed only twice and then we were under contract. There was no stress at all for us. She even gave me advice on how to stage my home her extensive knowledge was a huge help to my husband and I. She is in my opinion the best agent I have ever had the privilege to work with. EVERYONE told us it was impossible except Mark and Alecia! It took a very long time to find the home that we wanted and then even longer to get our loan approved. They were always so positive when we were on the edge of losing our faith. They always answered our questions and made sure we understood what we were doing. They never once made us feel pressured to purchase a home we didnt want or go above our comfort zone on the price. When we finally got into the home of our dreams they were so happy for us. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are first time home buyers. We found Mark and Alecia through a realty website. We had no idea what to expect during this new experience. They were very helpful in finding homes to look at but also very pressuring with decisions. Once we found a house to put an offer in on we felt pressured to make an offer higher than we were comfortable with. There were outside circumstances that forced us to back out on the contract last minute. We understood that meant loosing our earnest money. We felt very ridiculed by both Mark and Alecia when this happened and were told we had to pay them a large sum of money in addition to the earnest money we were already losing. Being the first time home buyers that we are we did what they asked. We were basically taken advantage of because of our inexperience. We are now in the process of buying a home from another realtor, and it wasnt until now I realize how difficult Mark and Alecia made it for us and how they took advantage of us. We understand now what a pleasure and what an easy process home-buying can be.
