Mark and Alecia helped us buy our 1st home last month. They were the 1st to call when I hit the generic interested in property button on the real estate site and they were just as, if not more responsive during the whole grueling process. We were faced with many obstacles, one being working with an inexperienced agent (seller) AND a harsh underwriter. Alecia and Mark handled the sellers agent with grace and courtesy despite the push back they were receiving in return. The agent was basically putting us through the ringer. And going through the underwriting process multiple times was so stressful but Alecia always kept the lines of communication open and both were always so encouraging and optimistic. The Olsens were there every step of the way to answer questions, guide and reassure us. The first time buying a home can be scary for inexperienced buyers but they stuck with us until we found OUR home and almost made it look easy. They will ALWAYS hold a special place:-)

Mark & Alecia were wonderful! They have actually listed and sold two homes for us. We had some bad experiences in the past with realtors and were hesitant to try another, but these two came along and quickly changed our minds about real estate agents. The first home listed, went under contract, and closed within 6 weeks. The second home was listed on the same day we closed on the first home, and within 24 hours, we were under contract with the 2nd home. We closed on the 2nd home 5 weeks later. We could not have been more satisfied with their service, and when we are ready to list another home, we will definitely be listing it with Mark & Alecia! Not only did they sell our homes, but they kept us in the loop the entire time and their negotiation skills went beyond our expectations.
