Dont hire Debbie Wright to sell your property. The positive reviews are from buyers. Debbie insisted on over-pricing my property even though I wanted it sold quickly and suggested a price 20k less than hers. 60 days and 50+ showings later, she finally admitted it wouldnt appraise for even 30k less than she had listed it. Once under contract at the much lower price, she argued on behalf of the buyer for things not in my best interest, including a repair addendum in violation of local code. When the buyer MOVED IN to my property before closing, Debbie did nothing to address my interests and instead sent patronizing messages praying to God for me. When the buyer defaulted on the contract, Debbie spent days trying to get me to serve as a package concierge for the buyers furniture deliveries instead of securing an extension. She only realized *after* the contract had expired that there might not be a sale at all because she was so focused on being aEURoeniceaEUR? to the buyer. If you want an agent who will represent your interests as a seller, run away from Debbie Wright.
