Madalyn made our first time buying a home extremely seamless. She walked us through the process start to finish and was very transparent on what we could expect in each step. She offered her personal guidance in the area as we recently moved from up north and was not very familiar with the entire process in Florida. She was always available and willing to hop on a call if needed - showed us multiple properties and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we moved forward. I cant say enough about my experience with Rachel. She showed up every day thru the process from initial contact, to viewing properties, and all the paperwork that went along with the purchase of the home we found. This was the most complex purchase I have had and she had an answer to all of the obstacles that came along with it.
