I've already asked her to help me find another property. Debbie also has lots of local contacts if any other services are needed. As an example of her attention to details her office produced a wonderful sales flyer for my lot and made sure there were always some available in the box. I can't tell you how many times I've looked at a property and the sales flyers were all gone! She was also easy to reach by phone or email. I don't think I ever had to leave a voice mail. We accepted that offer, and the sale closed by mid April. Me working out of state, and being an absent home owner at the time, I thought would be a challenge. We ended up purchasing a lot, but before closing on it, she introduced us to a local builder who walked the lot with us to make sure we weren't overlooking anything. Debbie and the builder also provided names of architects. Because of her support and her connections with others in the community, we felt very confident about purchasing the lot.
