Key Results Real Estate

Debbie demonstrated what it is to be a professional in the real estate industry. She was knowledgeable and responsive, and we were not easy or patient clients. She kept us informed of the process, informed of the market, informed of the locale. Debbie answered all of our questions and gave advice when asked for and/or needed. She exceeded our expectations after jumping in when a prior agent seemed totally unprepared to assist us. Ms. Nelson earned every one of the 5 stars she in this review.

Debbie did a great job assisting my parents in the sale of their home. She always kept us informed during the process and made it easy with referrals to local contractors regarding some minor repairs need to the home.

Debbie was the consummate professional throughout all dealings. We were buying an older building with a lot of character but also issues which were apparent. During negotiations, when the sellers stated they were holding firm on their price even as we verified significant issues during our inspections. We were at an impasse. Debbie reached out and worked with the sellers' agent and sellers to get them back to the table. We ended up finding a price and completed the transaction. During the inspection process we relied on Debbie's contacts for a roof inspection & estimate, and a complete building inspection. Once the sale was complete she put us in contact with a local electrical company to fix serious issues discovered during the inspection, a local small construction company to fix some structural issues, an a/c company to get the heater and two a/c units working. We had a good experience with all the people Debbie recommended. I would definitely use Debbie again and recommend her to others.

I really liked Debbie as soon as I met her. The pictures taken of my little mobile home were fantastic. I thought that it would take months for my mobile home to sell, but in just a few weeks, offers came in.

This is the second time Ive had Debbie and her team sell a house for me. She always does a great job and both of my houses sold fast. You can tell she really works hard for her clients and sells homes like she is selling her own.
