ZillowVERIFIED Dawn told me what properties she had to offer that I was interested in. When I proposed a low offer on the property I bought she actually got the selling price 60K below the asking price which was also below my offer. After multiple renegotiations and addendums we closed 1 week behind schedule because of sellers delays. Prior to this transaction I had never met Dawn as I lived 1800 miles out of state. She kept contact on weekends, followed up with me daily and is a professional that is the true definition of customer service. I would highly recommend MS Pasowicz.

Ive spoken to her before I decided to hire her, for over an hour. She answered all of my questions and I was convinced that shes the best person to sell my property in Branson. After all the other great reviews that Ive read about her, it wasnt any doubt in my mind that she will be the only one that Ill trust to list my property and get me the best possible outcome from any other realtor that I interviewed.i also found out that she offer to stage my place as part of her options of preparing it for the market, and that was a bonus that I never was offered by any other agent that I previously had, trying to sell my condo. Dawn is honest, detail oriented and very responsive at any time. She had her contractor that was very reasonable priced, gave me all the bids for the repairs that she recommended to do before my condo will go on the market. He came the next day, as she was coordinated with him to meet, and was very professional and timely. Dawn gave me options, as no other realtor suggested to me before. If Ill want to sell aEURoe as isaEUR? which is very common, what the price will be, and if Ill want minimal repairs, what price I should expect to get, and if Ill do full remodeling, which was the third option, what price point I should expect to get from the sell with that specific condition to show. I was very impressed and for her to share all these numbers of the estimated pricing and potential profit, was definitely an eye opening for me. She also managed to help me with the furnitures I have in my unit, that might not be a good fit for the new buyer, to sell it & she has this cleaning company as well that was very reasonable priced, that she managed to get me their bid in such a short period of time, that I was pleasantly surprised. Since I live out of MO state & unable to gather all these contractors to prepare the home for the selling process, she did all these extra aEURoe leg workaEUR? so diligently for me, that I'm still amazed! She went out of her way, to make sure the prices will not be out of the range and doable for me, and her ability to check things out & get the best quality of materials in still reasonably price, was outstanding! Dawn is by far, the absolute BEST agent I ever had in the state of MO! Her going above & beyond for her clients, her knowledge of the market & her professional connections with the most qualified contractors, was very impressive! If I could give Dawn 10 for her incredible performance not just as a realtor, also as a caring human being that I'm so blessed to work with, Ill do it in a heartbeat! I cant thank her enough for all the extra help shes still doing for me to achieve my goal the most affective way possible. Dawn is really a diamond in.a rough in this real estate industry that Ill recommend very highly to any body whos looking to buy or sell their dream home to go with. ZillowVERIFIED Dawn helped my husband and I buy a home in Colorado Springs while we were living in AZ. We came into town on a scouting visit and Dawn showed us around the various neighborhoods and while looking at houses she really paid close attention to what we were looking for and honed in right away on our style and what was important to us in a home. Not long after we went back home to AZ, after doing a few video walkthroughs of houses for sale, we found "the one". We were unfortunately not able to make it back to CO before closing, but Dawn provided video, pictures, answered many questions, double checked measurements for us, etc. I really trusted her. She was always available throughout the whole process and everyone she brought in, from the inspector to the mortgage broker, was top notch. It was the easiest and most seamless home buying experience ever. And when we got to our new house (that we had never seen in person - eek!) I immediately texted her with a HUGE thank you because it really was the perfect house and neighborhood for us. Dawn is the best and I HIGHLY recommend her! We would for sure use her again if we ever need a realtor (though we love our house so much I hope we never need to move!)
