Dawn told me what properties she had to offer that I was interested in. When I proposed a low offer on the property I bought she actually got the selling price 60K below the asking price which was also below my offer. After multiple renegotiations and addendums we closed 1 week behind schedule because of sellers delays. Prior to this transaction I had never met Dawn as I lived 1800 miles out of state.
