He was very helpful when I was unsure about the type of home I was looking for, and how much I wanted to pay for a home... Everytime I called him, either via cell or text, he was available. Even at odd times of the day. I am a person who needs straight and honest opinions when it comes to making big purchases in life. Dave gave me exactly that. Dave also provide property management services to those who have property needing to be managed. In this area of his services, again, he is the man. Rent gets collected when its due, good tenants are found when my property becomes vacant, and when tenants decide to stop paying rent, Dave's company serve neccessary documents to the tenants to start the legal eviction process. His company handles all of these matters for me while I continue to work and travel throughout the country with my job. His company have made my life so easy when it comes to matters involving real estate. Having said that, I just leave all of my real estate matters in David's hands. He has proven to me many times over, that he is fully capable of handling my real estate issues without my help. ZillowVERIFIED We rented our property through David wright last year. We were assured that our property will be well taken care off BUT.. After our first tenants left david sent us pictures of walk through which he had done with them and advised we return their deposit, This weekend we decided to go and check on our property and guess what we found. Stairway wall was ruined when tenants moved out. They knew about it because as we were heading to the property Marilyn who assists David wright asked us about touch ups on the wall. (We had painted our house before last tenants moved in) They told us carpet was dirty , we paid for Steam cleaning even after that there was food (not food stains) on our carpet they made us pay for that but no one ever checked if job was done right. We have already refunded the full deposit, now we have to spend money on getting everything fixed. We trusted them to do their job as we don't live in the richmond area anymore and for sure they can not be trusted to do the job right. Its our hard earned money which we invest in our property and we feel cheated in terms of the work done by them. PS:- when i was telling him that this happened he said"Your property was not in top condition anyways" which i disagree with even if that was true damages caused by talents is covered by deposit which you guys told us to refund.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold and purchased homes with Monica Trevillian a realtor on the "Wright Choice Team" in 2016. She is very friendly but once we moved to the part of the process in which negotiations and paperwork became key to the process we found our experience to be extremely frustrating. When working to purchase a home in the very fast paced Richmond market we found her response to homes we liked to be sluggish, making it difficult to be pro-active in making moves on homes that would work for us. When selling our home he week before closing on the home she went on vacation and I had to re-send to another realtor I had never heard of almost every document regarding our home so that we could close. Her advise as to needed repairs and the value of the home we sold was inaccurate and her opinion on what steps we needed to take to sell our home quickly changed often. We also found that she lacked basic knowledge in regards to real estate contracts and did not help to ensure that our negotiations matched our financing. We encountered a non-standard termite inspection and she was unable to answer basic questions as to the "why" we had to provide further documents. I went and re-read our contract and advised her of our legal responsibilities. Also we negotiated a credit for repairs on the home we bought and were unable to fully redeem the credit due to a lack of communication and knowledge in regards to financing. Additionally, we had to ask the same questions many times in many formats to get things clarified. We asked about a particular repair we needed to complete on the house we sold at least 6 different times via phone, text and email with no response and then a week before closing were then informed we had to make the repair. This was our third experience buying and selling in Richmond and almost every step of the process was difficult and mis-managed. I would highly advise looking elsewhere for help when finding a realtor.
