ZillowVERIFIED David helped my Mom and I find and purchase a house. We put in offers on several houses, where another offer was ultimately accepted, during that process he was honest and straightforward with us on if the house was priced correctly and how long he thought it would stay on the market. He also looked at several "ugly" houses and helped us imagine what could be done and gave us rough estimates, which allowed us to be in the neighborhoods we wanted, for a deal. I would highly recommend David for your next home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED David is the best a buyer can hope for. He was kind, responsive, professional, and put my needs above the prospect of closing the sale. He is both honest and respectful and helped my family find a house to make a home and turned our dreams into reality. Thanks Dave

ZillowVERIFIED I used David for buying my first home near Fort Eisenhower. He is former military and helped me immensely through the VA loan process. He went above and beyond to find a good fit for homes and was incredibly flexible around my schedule to find a time for tours. David is well connected and his team was such an added help. I used his advice religiously because I trusted him so much. I feel like he has been much more than a realtor for my home buying experience and a trusted associate with whom I'll keep in touch.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my second investment property that I worked with Tricia Roland on. She was extremely communicative, patient and transparent about her knowledge through out the process (as I am out of state). The whole process was smooth and I felt well taken care of. I will continue to use Tricia moving forward and will continue to recommend Tricia and David as a team. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED David and his team did a fantastic job selling our childhood home. It had around 20 showings within two days of listing, went under contract on day 3, and we had CLOSED by day 20. David was always so responsive to phone calls and texts, usually responding in under 5 minutes. Selling a home is a stressful experience under the best of circumstances. This transaction could not have gone any better. I will never hesitate to use David or to recommend him to friends and family. Superior service from a great team.

ZillowVERIFIED David was amazing to work with. We had great communication through the entire process, and I never felt confused or in the dark about anything. He is very knowledgeable, professional and passionate about his career. Anyone who works with him is lucky to have him on their side. Its a competitive market and David knows how to navigate the complexities to his clients advantage. He is awesome in finding homes that match your requirements and is also quick in arranging showings. He never pressured me to buy anything that I didnt like or care for. He was patient when I was indecisive and answered all questions I had. I appreciated his honesty and extensive knowledge on this area. He also recommended several contractors for additional services I needed which helped a great deal and saved me time.

ZillowVERIFIED David was extremely helpful in helping us find our new home. We were relocating from Louisiana to Georgia and had to do everything over the phone. He went out of his way to record videos or FaceTime us live at the houses we were interested in. He is very knowledgeable of the many areas in GA and SC and ultimately helped us find the perfect house for us and our dogs. Highly recommend him for your home shopping needs!

ZillowVERIFIED David is the best agent ever. He had to really work some magic in helping me sell one of my rental homes and buy my new forever home. He and his assistant worked very hard to make sure all the necessary repairs were completed and done correctly as the new owner had requested. I currently reside in Atlanta and it is very difficult to find someone you can rely on to help you, that you don't know, 2 1/2 hours away. He is the greatest !!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED David was the best pick for a real estate agent in the Augusta area. He made the process very easy and went above and beyond with helping me close on my first home! He was extremely responsive throughout the process and made it a point to be on-site at my (new construction) home numerous times while it was being completed. He answered all of my questions about buying a home and never left me feeling confused or unattended to. I have already referred him to a friend, who is also happy with his services. I would recommend David for anybody moving to the area!

ZillowVERIFIED All we can say is David is AWESOME!! We viewed a few homes before we found the right one. What we enjoyed about David is he viewed each home as if he was purchasing the home. He went places most realtors wouldnt, like crawl spaces. He made sure to point out concerns as well as the neat features. He listened to what we wanted; he was responsive when we call. He made sure we were kept informed during the buying process. I can go on and on about what a great realtor he is. You will not go wrong with David as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first time selling a house and David made it so quick and easy for us. From the time I contacted him he was ready to go and never left us waiting. He also has a lot of knowledge on what our house needed to get it ready for the market. David made the whole experience about as stress free as it can be.

ZillowVERIFIED David was a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. He never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly. I would highly recommend him since he provided the best service any agent can provide. He was very patient as the market was hot and we had a certain criteria for our investment property. Based off our experience, we will definitely be working with him on future real estate transactions.
