Fantastic! David was invaluable in explaining the buying process. He was also accommodating in his time and resources allowing me to find a home I enjoy. I appreciate his guidance, flexibility, and the way he advocated for me. I highly recommend any home buyer or seller to work with David and his team!

David helped my Mom and I find and purchase a house. We put in offers on several houses, where another offer was ultimately accepted, during that process he was honest and straightforward with us on if the house was priced correctly and how long he thought it would stay on the market. He also looked at several "ugly" houses and helped us imagine what could be done and gave us rough estimates, which allowed us to be in the neighborhoods we wanted, for a deal. I would highly recommend David for your next home purchase.

People may be skeptical of a full 5 star review but I don't know what else to say. When you call him, he answers. When you want something, he finds a way to get it. By working with Arash on the sale of my house, I felt like I was in control of every decision being made and I had every potential scenario covered and considered. I think in the volatile housing market the world always seems to be in, knowledge is wealth. Well, there's no one more knowledgeable than Arash, and he's more than willing to share .

David did a fantastic job finding us a great house. We were not from the area and David was very knowledgeable and helpful finding us a great home. He was great connecting us with local resources and just throughout the process.

David is the best a buyer can hope for. He was kind, responsive, professional, and put my needs above the prospect of closing the sale. He is both honest and respectful and helped my family find a house to make a home and turned our dreams into reality. Thanks Dave
