First impressions matter, both online and in person. Today’s buyers shop with their eyes, so professional photography, staging, and strategic pricing are essential. I help my clients highlight their home’s best features to attract qualified, high value buyers. My marketing plan includes targeted online exposure, social media campaigns, and neighborhood outreach designed to reach both middle class families upgrading and upper class professionals relocating. One of the most memorable and rewarding transactions of my career was representing the sale of the most expensive home ever sold in Clark County, Washington, which closed at $13.5 million. This was more than a listing; it was the execution of a carefully crafted luxury business strategy designed to position the property on a global stage.
We developed a comprehensive business plan that showcased the home’s exceptional design, architecture, and lifestyle appeal to high net worth clients around the world. Our marketing campaign included international digital exposure, elite networking, and private events that attracted more than 20 private tours from qualified buyers with net worths exceeding $100 million.
In addition to our global outreach, we gained extensive media attention, with the home featured on major outlets including Fox and CBS, significantly increasing visibility and prestige. 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I've always loved real estate. When I had my retail stores, I was a big runner. I would run by signs (pull flyers - yes, that's how old I am. lol) and look at the photos and prices of homes.
