Dave was wonderful to work with as a first time home buyer I was nervous about the process but Dave was extremely helpful and accommodating through out I was very thankful to have him as my agent. I would definitely recommend him to others and work with in the future. He has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to home buying, new constructions and the greater Savannah area. David made buying our first home as easy as it could?ve possibly been. He found us a home we really love and made it happen quicker than I could?ve hoped for. He made us his priority from start to finish. He is fun, genuine, insightful, and all around good hearted person. He was with us every step of the way. Even when this process seemed almost impossible and overwhelming, David worked his magic and always had an answer and made us feel comfortable the whole way.
