David was able to help us through two very different home buying processes and his expertise in both was invaluable. We built a house, which was a new experience for us and David was able to help us make sense of the building process and navigate the builders steps that don't always make sense. From choosing a lot to picking builders options, David was always available for questions. For our next house we wanted something rural with more property. David, who takes a special interest in rural properties was able to show us multiple properties and walk through the different things you have to look for in a rural property. Septic, wells, fence lines, swamps, useable and unusable acreage were things we didn't know anything about. David was great helping us find the perfect place. We would recommend David to anyone needing a realtor. In regards to selling, David was also invaluable in recommending contractors to do any work that we needed to do before selling. From Day 1, David walked us through each step of the process, from the detail paperwork to how showings and offer process would work. Even better - the home sold after TWO DAYS on the market for above list!! In this market that is slowing - David really did a tremendous job. A few other things David went above and beyond for:- We needed some electrical work done and David recommended us to a local electrician that had very fair rates and did fantastic work.- He had a stager come and help us identify where particular upgrades, movement of furniture, and prioritization of our time would be to get the most value out of our house.- He uses a very helpful app to let us know exactly when a tour is happening ahead of time so it's never a surprise and gave us plenty of heads up.In summary, I would work with David again in a heartbeat - great realtor, very friendly, and has all the tools and connections to make it a great process!
