We received several recommendations and because this was our first home, we didn't know even where to start. David came to our apartment and sat with us and discussed everything and answered all of our questions. We immediately knew he was the realtor for us. He has great sense of humor, super knowledgeable and relatable. Almost 4 years later and I am still able to reach out to him and ask questions about housing "things" and get a same day response. We've done several home projects and David is always our go-to person because we trust him and can rely on him to provide reliable contractor recommendations. He listened to our concerns, and helped us navigate through the process. After our first home inspection, we found out that we needed a new roof. David was able to locate a reputable roofing contractor who was able to replace our roof within 3 days at a great price. We were then able to put our house back on the market, and obtain another contract 12 hours later. The process was very smooth, and took the stress off of us to find a contractor. One thing that was very important to me, was how quickly he responded to emails and questions I had. I never had to wait to get information I needed. He was very helpful in me working through the narrow down process, and me making the right decision. I truly felt as if the decision was completely up to me. You don't always get that feeling from all realtors. I had an exact elementary school district and a very small area I was willing to look in, and he was able to get me right where I wanted to be! David was always very responsive. He was also very patient as we looked at many houses. He was very knowledgeable and actually had a better understanding of what it was that we needed and wanted. Case in point, the house we ultimately ended up buying, David had been trying to get us to look at for a month or so. Before we put in a contract on another house, he tried to get us to look at this particular house. We declined and put an offer on another house. The contract ultimately fell through.
