I found Danielle through Zillow as she has extensive experience, particularly in the areas of Nova that we were interested in buying. She very quickly got in alignment with what we were looking for and we put in an offer on a townhome within a few weeks. We couldn't recommend Danielle more highly as a realtor, she was a quite simply the difference between getting us our first home! The housing market in Northern Virginia is very daunting and competitive, especially for prospective first time homeowners and our generation. Through our search process she gave us the guidance and advice we needed, being honest and realistic with us over which homes would likely work for us and what wouldn't, what to look out for in a house, bidding process etc. House hunting is a surprisingly emotional rollercoaster, and she provided the support and encouragement we needed, particularly as we had some unusual bumps in the road on our way. She has a ton of experience and knowledge of the local market, being a NoVA local - her reputation, experience and skills in the process of putting in an offer was the edge we needed to get our first home. She also linked us up with lenders and contractors, and continues to be available to support and advise, even after we signed all the paperwork with the title company.
