Ariana helped my husband and I find our first home years ago. She happily showed us MULTIPLE houses, worked with our schedule as my husband and I worked odd hours, was able to answer any questions we had on the properties fully as well as explain the home buying process so it all made sense. Ariana most importantly didn't waste our time. She listened to what we wanted and what we needed in a home and she only showed us properties that were within our price range and had things we were looking for. She was quick to respond to emails and phone calls no matter how small or silly our questions or concerns were as first time buyers. We found THE house but were up against another strong bid. Ariana's knowledge, professionalism and persistence got us that house! She was genuinely as excited for us as we were. Years later... Two children later... We needed to find another home. Without question we contacted Ariana. She was at our house the next day with comps in hand and again getting every single detail of what we needed and wanted in a new home. Ariana helped prep us with what we needed to do on the business side in order to sell and physically assisted us in getting ready to sell. Our home sold in less than a week in a bidding war! To top it ALL off, she picked me up and drove me to both closings as my husband was working and I was 6 months pregnant. I would have NEVER imagined such outstanding customer service existed until Ariana. Would not use or recommend any real estate agent other than Danielle. She works weekends, late nights, and responds to texts/calls within minutes. When selling my condo she did comps around the area and knew that if I did a few upgrades to the kitchen/bathrooms, it would be a multiple return in my pocket at the sale. She designed the layout and coordinated all of the contractors to sand, paint, and install new granite. She personally went out of her way to buy new hardware and sinks for them to install. The condo sold in record time and for more than I was anticipating. She does way more than is asked of a real estate agent, and in this crazy market, definitely someone you want on your side. She also helped me buy a new home and in this market, you have to be extremely quick in order to see/bid/and win the offer on a house. Her knowledge of how to structure offers and negotiate is what got our offer accepted. She is very persistent and does whatever it takes to give you the best shot at getting the house.
