Review I would give him 6 stars but the choices stop at 5. I cannot imagine a realtor better than Daniel Keeton. He worked hard to get us in to the house we wanted most, no matter how many obstacles we ran in to. He helped us understand what we were dealing with at every turn. He is professional but warm and caring and got us through the hardest moments of the process without disregarding our concerns even when they were silly ones. Choosing Daniel means you will have a great experience with this process.

Review Daniel helped my wife Jackie and I purchase our very first home in a small town where didn't know anybody. It was the smoothest process ever and he did an outstanding job. He was not biased and did not overly try to convince us to buy any particular house. Once we decided on the house we wanted, the deal was offered and excepted within a day. You could tell that he was very experienced in the process. I rated him 5 stars because he was truly that. I wish I could give him an even higher rating.

Review Daniel is the professional that you have been looking for. He is the most responsive real estate professional I have ever worked with, he actually answers the phone when you call. On the few occasions that I had to leave a message, I promptly received a call back every time (often within minutes). Daniel took time to meet with me and get to know me, to understand what my goals were with my property. He talked me through the process and was available, and more importantly willing, to help with any and all questions I had. The level of responsiveness was startling, I truly felt like I was his only client with the level of attention I received. After visiting my property Daniel provided a range of what he felt my house would rent for and how long he thought it would take to put tenants in the house - we had a leased signed in half the time he predicted and on the upper end of the range for $. Daniel got the job done and delivered what he promised. In and of itself that should be enough, however he raises the bar when it comes to success along with next level customer service -- if there was a 6th start available for this rating he would have it!
