I reached out at that time to check in on where we were and he tried to raise the price and change the terms. As soon as I questioned this he turned into a screaming child. It turned out Allen was not professional, lacked communication skills and thinks he can just take advantage of potential clients and customers. There are many options for realtors in the area, so given my experience I would stay away from this one.

She absolutely knew every answer to my questions. Like tons of realtors had called me that I didnt necessarily click with or get any knowledge from and somehow I ended up speaking with Jennifer and she knew the answer to literally every single thing I was asking about and made me feel so comfortable and confident from the start. Seriously everyone hire Jennifer to be your realtor!! You will not regret it!! I'm actually so bummed to not be seeing her as often anymore she was the best!
