ZillowVERIFIED Dana is great and responsive to messages/communication, but didn't really assist us in pursing what we wanted in a home. The homes we were shown were above our price range and often less bedrooms than we wanted. I will say, at the time, the market was slim and fairly high priced. To sum it up, there just wasn't the personal connection we wanted with our family of 5 and a realtor.

Dana worked patiently with us as this was our first home purchase. My wife and I had asked so many questions which Dana replied in an efficient / timely manner and if she did not have the answer, should would do the research and find out. For us, purchasing a home was a roller coaster ride of emotions but Dana guided us through the process and with her knowledge and expertise helped us all the way through to closing. Just to give you a taste of what she went through with us, we did the research and made an offer / counter offer and were well on our way through Escrow even before seeing the home. Based on her knowledge of the local housing market, we were able to select initial listing prices that were realistic, yet were within our target price range. ZillowVERIFIED I listed my house only after leaving the area and was not readily available to resolve some of the "little things" required to sell the house, i.e., minor house repairs, inspections, etc. Neither was I able to view the property to ensure that the lawn maintenance company was performing the services for which they were hired. In my absence, Dana coordinated every aspect necessary to ensure the sale and provided the oversight of the property until the sale. That provided great relief for me since I was so far away.
