She generated an environment of respect between us as the buyer and each of our three sellers, even when we weren't feeling the warmest towards our sellers. We went through three offers, including a two month short sale, and Dana was willing to sacrifice her commission on multiple occasions to get us into the house we wanted at a price we could afford. She ended up paying for our septic inspection that our lender required be redone out her own pocket.
