ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I found Crystal through Zillow while we were looking for a home to relocate to from all the way out in California. We traveled to the Staunton area and Crystal devoted her time and expertise to helping us find a good fit in a new home for us. She helped us work through all the details of bidding, home inspection, going into contract and closing on our choice. Very reliable and a pleasure to work with, we're very grateful for Crystal's help with this big move.

ZillowVERIFIED ChoosIng Crystal to sell our mother's home was the best decision that we could have made. She is very knowledgeable about the market and the homes in the area. She knew exactly what needed to be done to upgrade the home, lined up the main contractor and other companies, and helped us make decisions. Since we are out of town, her help was invaluable.Crystal is very personable and easy to work with. Her understanding made a difficult situation much easier to bear. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal is very professional and outgoing. Her knowledge and responsiveness reassured my wife and I that we made the right choice and kept our confidence level high with Crystal. Crystal will also point out flaws, or possible problems with home that you may or may not need to address during negotiations. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about inspections and made great recommendations of contractors who assisted in evaluating possible problem areas. She made the entire process worry free and smooth. Our experience was amazing and we are happy with our new home. We would definitely recommend her to our friends and family in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal was very accommodating. Initially we were passively looking for a home, so she would show us one whenever we would find something we were interested in. She did not constantly bother us with emails or calls because she knew that's not what we were looking for. When we found the home we ultimately purchased, it was on! Crystal was on top of it to ensure we got the home we wanted, for a price we thought was fair and that the transaction was a smooth as it could possibly be.

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal was very helpful in finding a house for mother. With my mom being a little older, she found houses that would make my mother comfortable. No steps, washer and dryer on same floor, etc.. Very friendly and hard working!!

ZillowVERIFIED She was an absolute joy to work with. She is very down to earth and super easy to get along with. She knows what she is doing and does not try to push you into a decsion either way but instead points out both positive and negative points of the home or homes you are looking at. She is always timely and quick to respond to texts, calls, or emails. I would most certainly recommend her to absolutely anyone and plan for to use or again on my future purchases.

ZillowVERIFIED When we relocated to Staunton from Ohio last spring, we chose Crystal to be our agent based solely on her reviews. So glad we did! She has a sweet, friendly personality yet was very professional, and knowledgeable about the market as well. She gave us great advice about the area in general and was very patient with our new home selection process. She was accommodating with her time and took us to check out every house we wanted to see. We are happy to say we moved in to our new home exactly 2 months after arriving to the Shenandoah Valley and love our new home. Thank you Crystal!!

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal is the most patient real estate agent we have ever worked with. We were very specific in our needs and it seemed like an endless search until we found a house that suited our needs, but she did not give up on us! Ultimately, we bought a house we absolutely loved. She was so quick to respond to every text or email, that I feel too spoiled to every work with anyone else. Another thing we really admired about Crystal is her integrity and fairness. She would always point out the defects in houses we looked at, as well as other negative things an inexperienced eye would not pick up on. We appreciated being care for, not feeling pressured, being given impartial information and space to make decisions. Many agents make you feel like they are simply out to make a sale- Crystal is like going house hunting with an expert friend. Thank you Crystal for a year of work with us!

Crystal is very skilled at representing and looking out for the best interest of her client. We would recommend Crystal to anyone looking to purchase a home. ZillowVERIFIED I first met Crystal when looking at a home of which she was the listing agent. After that showing I asked her to be my agent and I could not be happier with the results. Crystal was very flexible with my chaotic schedule and the fact that I was out of town. She communicated wonderfully, keeping in touch via email, text, and phone. While looking at other homes, I mentioned to her the things that I really wanted in a home. She was able to find me a home that had all those things and more. She helped me to understand each step in the home buying process and for a first time home buyer that help was invaluable. She also kept me sane while dealing with a not so great mortgage company, and kept in daily contact with them to keep them on their toes. I highly recommend Crystal to anyone looking to purchase a new home. You won't be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED My brother and I had to travel over 300 miles to sell the home we were raised in after our dad passed away in January. Needless to say we were very stressed trying to get the house in order to sell as well as all of the items that we needed to dispose of. Crystal came to the rescue. We were able to turn everything over to her and she sold the house at the asking price within a few weeks of listing it. She also set us up with a cleaning and lawn care service. I would certainly recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Crystal was a big help to me when I really needed help. I lost my father in January of 2014 and needed help selling his house. I live 300 miles away and Crystal got his house sold at a great price in about one months time. I am very pleased with the professional job she did for me. Crystal also located a cleaning service and a mowing service for my Dad's property, both of which were very professional, did a great job and at a fair price.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased a home in Staunton, with Crystal as our agent. We have bought and sold numerous homes and have dealt with many agents. Crystal was fantastic to work with. Being that we were relocating from PA to VA, we relied on her even more so. If there was any question she couldn't answer -she would get an answer immediately. Crystal was extremely helpful with every step of the process-inspections etc. She was very knowledgeable about the area. She kept us informed on everything, and was on top of every step throughout the process. Crystal is a pleasure to work with. We are now working with her again, looking for an investment property. We definitely highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED I was so impressed with Crystal's enthusiasm and professionalism. She responded to my initial request within thirty minutes and made every effort to provide me with the information I wanted. She made herself available at very short notice to show me properties that I was interested in. Even though we have only been communicating for a very short time I feel she has "gone the extra mile" to help me in every way she could. I am very comfortable working with her and feel confidant that she will be a great help to me as I seek to find "my new home." I would recommend her without reservation to anyone seeking a good and knowledgeable realtor.
