Crystal is very professional and outgoing. Her knowledge and responsiveness reassured my wife and I that we made the right choice and kept our confidence level high with Crystal. Crystal will also point out flaws, or possible problems with home that you may or may not need to address during negotiations. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about inspections and made great recommendations of contractors who assisted in evaluating possible problem areas. She made the entire process worry free and smooth. Our experience was amazing and we are happy with our new home. We would definitely recommend her to our friends and family in the future.

Crystal was very accommodating. Initially we were passively looking for a home, so she would show us one whenever we would find something we were interested in. She did not constantly bother us with emails or calls because she knew that's not what we were looking for. When we found the home we ultimately purchased, it was on!
