I first contacted her at the end of June 2024 and closed on my house on time six weeks later, mid-August. The amazing part is that even with me being on the west coast, buying a house in Massachusetts, she was able to usher me through the entire transaction flawlessly. She helped me find a broker, a local attorney, and had suggestions for home insurance as well. Throughout the process she communicated with my broker and attorney as needed, was always available for any of my questions, and she even provided a thorough walk-through video for me given that I was unable to come to the property for a showing.
