Especially as a first time home buyer, she was so patient with all my questions and confusion and it was so helpful to have someone so knowledgeable in my corner. I had a lot of issues to deal with in the property I was buying and she handled everything so smoothly, connecting me with a great inspector, roofer, structural engineer, and insurance broker. She advocated for me more than I would've thought possible and got me a fantastic deal. Beyond her work, she's also just a wonderful person.

I first contacted her at the end of June 2024 and closed on my house on time six weeks later, mid-August. The amazing part is that even with me being on the west coast, buying a house in Massachusetts, she was able to usher me through the entire transaction flawlessly. She helped me find a broker, a local attorney, and had suggestions for home insurance as well. Throughout the process she communicated with my broker and attorney as needed, was always available for any of my questions, and she even provided a thorough walk-through video for me given that I was unable to come to the property for a showing. I've been in my home for four months now and I absolutely love it. I am still amazed by how easy and painless the entire process was with Courtney, and I highly recommend her.
