We were relocating from Minnesota to Missouri so most of our showings were virtual, but Dan did an excellent job of explaining the homes which really made it feel like we were there in-person. And we even bought our new home with only seeing virtually because we were so confident with Dan's assessment and advice. Dan was super responsive to our texts and emails. He was very flexible with our schedule with two kids under 5 years old and available to us whenever we needed him which we greatly appreciated. Dan has gone above and beyond - for example, he stopped by the new house a few days ago to change the thermostat to ensure the pipes don't freeze as we haven't moved in yet!!!
