    Working with Dan was a great experience. He is very knowledgeable about different types of houses and knows a lot about different neighborhoods. He was very responsive and did his best to accommodate me for showings over the weekends and during irregular times of the day. Additionally, he kept supporting me even after the closing date and helped me with resolving an issue with the house that wasnt caught during the inspection period. Dan and his team ( Peggy) were able to get sellers support and we fixed the issue. Overall, I highly recommend Dan and cant wait to work with him again in the future.

    This is the second time we've partnered with Colleen and her team to sell a home. She and her Transaction Manager, Peggy Husky, are simply amazing. They are very knowledgeable and experienced, have excellent negotiating skills, and carefully guided us through preparing and staging our home to sell. Selling a home is a stressful process, but Colleen (and Peggy) were on top of all the details and were always there to make us feel at ease. Plus, and this is not trivial, we genuinely like them and enjoyed talking to them - they're just good, honest, hard-working people! Colleen is the best, most capable agent I've ever worked with.

    Danial is the upmost professional when it comes to helping you find your next home to live in.     Stephanie did a fantastic job helping us find our forever home. We were remote buyers with a very, very specific list of criteria. She went above and beyond to do virtual walk throughs of every house that we wanted to see.     We had a great home buying experience with Dan. He was always professional - very prompt in showing us properties, getting comps, answering questions and securing detailed information about areas. He has a good eye for detail and can notice concerns in properties. Dan provided good guidance and helped us to negotiate a contract we were very happy with.

    Can I sign closing papers electronically?

    Hi and congratulations on your new home! Sometimes your lender drives the answer to this question, so be sure to check with them. Some lenders will allow you to "presign" before you leave town, which might save the cost of using a mobile notary. A remote online notary is a great option, but you have to be online, in front of a camera, with the mobile notary. Another slightly "old school" option is to have all docs that can be signed electronically sent to you, and have the docs that must be notarized emailed to you...then you print them, sign in the presence of a notary, and overnight those back. Talk to your agent, your lender and your title company and they will help you find the best, easiest way to close remotely! ps...another option would be to move closing forward or back to when you are in town if the seller is willing to accomodate that.
