ZillowVERIFIED I came across Cole when submitting my information on a property I was interested in, and boy were we lucky to find him. As a young first time homebuyer, I felt connected with Cole early on as we are about the same age. That said, if his youth concerns you at all, don't let it. Cole's knowledge of the market, along with his determination to serve your best interests, is unparalleled. He was always available to answer my questions in a timely manner (there were a lot). When it came time to submit an offer, he had them ready for me to sign in no time. When it came time to having repairs done, Cole was on top of everything. One repair involved patching a piece of a flat roof to prevent further leakage. The next thing I know, I am receiving a call from Cole telling me he just climbed on the roof and poured water on the spot that had been patched in order to expose it was done incorrectly. By doing this, Cole saved us thousands of dollars in repairs down the line. Long story short, I cannot imagine going through this homebuying experience without Cole by our side. If you have the chance to work with him, do not hesitate.

ZillowVERIFIED Cole impressed us from the first conversation we had with him. He made it clear he was here for us and that he would make things happen - which he certainly did. Despite his age, Cole has extensive knowledge and experience of the housing market in the greater-Richmond area, and a great network as well. He knew the questions to ask us to better understand what we may be looking for and sent us great listings the moment they became available. When we landed on the listing we wanted to pursue, Cole aggressively secured a showing on short notice while accommodating our busy work schedules and limited availability traveling in from out of state. He helped us move quickly in a fast-paced housing market and made us feel comfortable with the decisions we were making on short notice. He talked us through the process and all of the documents that seem overwhelming to us being first-time homebuyers. Cole worked very well with our lender and was always prompt on the response, I dont recall any instance where we may have been waiting on a response from him for too long. He gave us great contacts that know how to keep up with the quick pace of the Richmond housing market and even sent a contractor out to help us troubleshoot a couple of unexpected challenges we faced after we moved in. He negotiated well with the listing agent and even negotiated a way to recover some of the costs we knew we would need to make to improve the energy efficiency of the home. Even after we bought the home, Cole didnt stop working for us. He followed through and checked in on us periodically, providing some additional guidance and support that was well above the call of duty. Cole was great to work with, he kept his word, and he made it fun along the way. He has a remarkable work ethic and several times went out of his way to make accommodations for a few special requests we had along the way. We will be recommending Cole to our friends and family that consider buying a home in the Richmond area without a doubt!!

He found houses within our parameter, lined up appointments at each house on the days we could be there, and followed through till we found the house we wanted. Then he was able to recommend a lender who would process the loan with fewer delays so that we were able to close in less time with a loan structured the way we had hoped it could be. More than anything, Cole was able to understand the concept of "This is it." "This is the house." He was able to take that and run with it till the day he put the keys of the house in my hand. I will be forever grateful.
