This was my wife and I first time buying a home so we had a lot of questions and kinda had an idea what we were looking for. They were extremely professional throughout the process and I felt like they really had our best interests in mind. We were particularly wary because we were first-time home buyers. We discovered the Lipinski Team at a first-time home buyer class. Tom was one of the teachers, and throughout the course it became clear that he was deeply knowledgeable, and was honest and kind to boot. We appreciated how the whole team took great care of us throughout the process. They have a phenomenal balance of skills, and the team was responsive and supportive. ZillowVERIFIEDAt this time last year we had not even considered selling our home. We had just completed some remodeling and we were looking forward to enjoying our hard work. Than all of a sudden my office was closed and my company offered me a position in another state. I decided to take the opportunity, but that meant we had to sell our home quickly. I did not know where to turn. You always hear about these real estate agents that say can do anything, so it was hard to know where to turn. Our neighbor recently sold their home in a short period of time, so I took a chance and called them. It happened to be the Lipinski team. Christine answered right away and I told her our situation. She came out the next day. We had a conversation and I was sure she could meet our needs. She scheduled everything quickly, including scheduling the pictures to be taken. We asked Christine to come out the evening before the pictures were to be taken to ensure the house would show it?s best. She gave us great insight on what we needed to do in each room. We made the changes quickly and the pictures turned out great. Since we had a short time frame to sell the house, Christine and her team scheduled an open house the first weekend after we signed. I am not sure how they marketed the house, but the following week we had many people that wanted to see the home. Christine wanted to do another open house both Saturday and Sunday the following week. We had great traffic and it generated three offers. We were thrilled. In total that house had been listed nine (9) days and we had three offers. Christine compiled them and we meet her a couple of days later to decide on the one we wanted to accept. Christine let the buyers know and helped us with the process, all the way through signing the final papers. We took a chance with the Lipinski group in the beginning, but now they will be the only real estate agent I will ever go through in the Vancouver market. They executed exactly to our needs and I cannot say enough good things about them.
