I recently sold and purchased a new home in Ridgefield, WA with Christine Lipinski. I am continuously blown away by her knowledge of real estate, her professionalism, hard work, responsiveness to ALL of my questions and concerns, and her willingness to continue to help me out well after her check cleared. Christine has gone to bat for me with awful builders, brokers, lenders, buyers, realtors, and businesses. She has gone above and beyond, and I couldn?t be more grateful. I?ve met so many people who have had awful experiences with their realtor and I can say without a doubt that, that has been the exact opposite experience for me. It was a great experience working with Marcus. We began to sell our house right at the beginning of the market downturn but Marcus was able to get top dollar for us. As the homeowners, we probably should have been more stressed out in this situation but Marcus's knowledge and foresight really helped navigate us through the housing market uncertainty and kept us at ease.
