Over the last 50 years Carl and I have frequently moved and have worked with at least 10 realtors. Lisa Dubois has best demonstrated the skills we appreciate in a realtor. We implicitly trusted her judgment and followed her recommendations and she got the best results for us. She did everything that could be reasonably done to sell our house (e.g., having it professionally staged, at her own cost). She provided valuable advice at every step (for example, she identified improvements and repairs that were cost-effective to make and found excellent contractors for us). She examines a situation realistically to identify the useful assets. Interacting with others, she successfully makes her case straightforwardly and respectfully. She keeps up with the local real estate market, in particular, and the local factors involved in decisions to buy a house. She cultivates a group of potential buyers in the area and followed up with people who were interested in our house. We have the highest regard for Lisa as a realtor and a friend.

I met Lisa when I attended an open house for a home I purchased in 2023. When it came time to sell it two years later, I knew without hesitation that I wanted her to handle the sale. Lisa is incredibly knowledgeable about Northern VA and takes the time to truly listen so she can understand her clients needs and preferences. Throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured to make decisions I wasnt comfortable with.
