What made our situation particularly challenging was that we were living in California and trying to buy a house and move to a specific area in the Falls Church, Virginia area. I am used to promises made ahead of an exclusive agreement to represent and then am used to the let down of not getting the full range of service I expected. This was not the experience I had with Lisa Dubois. I got more service than promised and my expectations were exceeded.Reasons why I would hire again -1. Excellent local knowledge. Not just in housing, but in contractors. The price I paid was less than I would have paid simply for repairs and other work because Lisa and Chrissy have the contacts and the volume to get very competitive pricing.2.
