She provided valuable advice at every step (for example, she identified improvements and repairs that were cost-effective to make and found excellent contractors for us). She examines a situation realistically to identify the useful assets. Interacting with others, she successfully makes her case straightforwardly and respectfully. She keeps up with the local real estate market, in particular, and the local factors involved in decisions to buy a house. She cultivates a group of potential buyers in the area and followed up with people who were interested in our house. We have the highest regard for Lisa as a realtor and a friend.
