Lisa was our agent, the best one we have ever experienced! She has a keen eye to give you advices and accomplish on how to do staging, polishing, and upgrade your house in such a short time! In four days, our house looked completely transformed! I also admire her strategy. She did not give you unrealistic listing price to please you. Instead, her strategy attracted broader range of buyers. The first open house day, we attracted more than 20 groups and we got three offers within one week! Also, imaging the offering price is $150,000 more than the listing price!!! It is a miracle, from my point of view! Lisas hard work was paid off and we recommended her to all of our friends! She is professional, knowledgeable, and she has very high EQ! If you are going to sell your home, Lisa is the one you shall go to. You wont be disappointed. Instead, you will be as happy as we are now!

Choosing Lisa Dubois and the Chrissy & Lisa team was one of the best decisions we made when it was time to sell our waterfront Lake Barcroft house. Lisa walked us through all of the steps we needed to take to get the house ready to sell and managed us through them.A A Her relationships with and management of contractors, inspectors, movers, and other specialists eliminated the stress we would be felt finding and doing that ourselves. We were able to focus on our next move knowing we were in good hands. Lisas deep knowledge of the Lake Barcroft community and market was key to getting our property ready to secure the best price for us, and value for our buyer.

We truly had a dream team with our real estate agents. Rashne Green and Lisa DuBois guided us patiently through what seemed like umpteen decisions as we prepared our house for sale. While the entire process was inevitably stressful, they made it as painless as possible with quick responses to our questions and needs, helpful tips and contractor recommendations, and thoughtful, strategic advice every step of the way. Every interaction was filled with genuine friendliness and good vibes, making those nerve-wracking and taxing moments so much easier to navigate. We couldnt have been happier with the opportunity to work with them, and we credit their expertise and guidance in helping us get a very positive outcome. This duo went above and beyond, and we recommend them wholeheartedly.

Lisa has now helped us with two home purchases and one sale, we could not recommend her and her team more. They are highly professional and met us exactly where we were the entire process. Lisa is patient and extremely helpful making the buying and selling process entirely accessible. Whether you are a first time buyer or experienced seller, Lisa and her team will fit your situation perfectly. They are the best!

For 6 years, Lisa DuBois and her team have supported our family in both the rental and sale of our family home in the Lake Barcroft community of Falls Church, VA. Lisa's knowledge of the community and its members assured we had excellent tenants. At the eventual time of sale, there was no question that we would work with her. Her instincts, knowledge of the market, guidance and management of renovations, listing, marketing, negotiating sale and closing were outstanding. The house sold within 5 days of listing at slightly above asking price. As a seller based overseas, I especially appreciated Lisa and her team keeping me apprised every step of the way. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in the area.
