We knew right away that we wanted to work with him based on his relaxed demeanor, extensive knowledge, and attention to detail. He was flexible with our schedules, patient with us as we decided/changed what we were looking for, asked questions we didn't know to ask, provided resources and assisted in making arrangements, all making the house buying process as easy as it can be. Guided us through every step from making an offer all the way to the closing table. We felt confident throughout knowing he was on our side with our best interest in mind. Always available and quick to respond. Was on top of things throughout the process, even when there were delays in responses from the sellers agent. We ran into issues with the sellers right before closing and Chris handled them all eliminating our worries and stress. He helped us find our perfect house so don't plan to buy again soon, but will be sure to call him when we are in the market again.
