From the beginning, there were issues with land boundary lines that couldve easily derailed the process, but Chris calmly and methodically pulled together the right people - from land surveyors to county officials - to keep things moving. What really stood out was how reliable and level-headed he was, no matter what curveball came our way. Even now, eight months after our initial offer and after moving into the home four months ago, hes still following up to make sure everything is finalised properly - making sure we end up with exactly what we set out to buy. When buying a house, he took us to over 10 properties we had found online. We found no luck with these properties, so Chris took it upon himself to find a home he believed we would like. After walking through we immediately bid and went under contract. He made the entire process so easy and we spent 4 happy years in the home. During our time in the home, Chris was a constant resource, helping us to find roofing contractors and make decisions on remodels that would benefit us come time to sell. He was always willing and happy to take my calls. We decided to sell our home in December 2024 and went back to Chris without hesitation. With our family having relocated out of state, Chris took it upon himself to clean up the property, find contractors for repairs, and organize staging for the home. Due to his efforts we were only on the market a week before finding a buyer. Our home was sold within a month of listing. I cannot recommend Chris enough, he is a wonderful realtor and person.

ZillowVERIFIED In looking to relocate to the Spokane area and not knowing a single soul, my husband and I relied upon all the reviews for agents in the Spokane area and Chris's name came up with reviews and that really spoke to us. Thankfully, all his previous clients didn't steer us wrong. Chris was exceptional from our first showing. We met with him on short notice, on New Years Day, all while he was under the weather and would probably have preferred to be home resting. He couldn't have been more gracious and unconcerned with spending his time on a holiday looking at a home with people he'd never met before. That first house didn't work out for us and over the course of a couple months, while we went back to the west side of the mountains, he visited properties for us. He drew up various CMA reports, gave us his opinion, which we trusted, of certain neighborhoods and homes which really helped when we couldn't walk around them for ourselves. Chris sent video walk throughs, called so many different agents for info and wrote up at least 5 different offers on homes. The competitive market in Spokane required us to act quickly and he always got back to us in an extremely short amount of time with info and answered all our questions, helping to educate us for our investment. He always looked out for our best interest and is very easy going. He never pressured us or seemed put out by, in our opinion, his going above and beyond for us. He raised the bar as far as what we ever expected from a realtor and look forward to working with Chris again when that time comes. We highly recommend him. 5 stars.

Chris responded and let us know that listing had already accepted an offer but if he could get some info from us he would design a custom query and send us links to current active listings for our review. Chris and I discussed our needs and wants and true to his word, within a few hours we were receiving email links to homes in the area. Chris personally reviewed each listing before sending the link to make the process more efficient. We reviewed the homes and selected several to view in person. We flew in from So. Cal., Chris met us at the hotel and took us to the listings. Chris,provided great feedback throughout the process, sharing highlights about each home, the builders, and local amenities for each home. After seeing the homes, Chris asked if we had a favorite and did we want to go back to it for another in-depth look. We revisited our pick, did a thorough walk through, and discussed an offer.
