Chris has now helped my family buy, own, and sell a home over the last 6 years and he has made every step of the process nothing short of a breeze. When buying a house, he took us to over 10 properties we had found online. We found no luck with these properties, so Chris took it upon himself to find a home he believed we would like. After walking through we immediately bid and went under contract. He made the entire process so easy and we spent 4 happy years in the home. Even now, eight months after our initial offer and after moving into the home four months ago, hes still following up to make sure everything is finalised properly - making sure we end up with exactly what we set out to buy. Chris has been a steady hand through a stressful process, and I cant recommend him highly enough.
