ZillowVERIFIED Lot of road bumps during the buying process, but Charlissa negotiated everything out in my favor. Not a bad word to say about Mrs. Culp. I ended up getting the house for 14k less than what I offered. She got the sellers to work with my shorter timeline and pushed forward the closing date. She still showed me other houses after my offer was accepted, just to make sure I was getting what I really wanted. In the end it worked out in my favor and we all went home happy.
