ZillowVERIFIEDCeci was super helpful. She knew everything there was to know about Athens and the neighborhoods. She walked us through each step and made sure we found the perfect house for us!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I have worked with Ceci Churchwell in a number of capacities over the past 9 years. Ceci helped us to purchase a home for my daughter while she attended UGA. After our daughter graduated, we decided to convert the home to rental property. Ceci found tenants and managed the property for several years. Finally, Ceci navigated the selling of the home. In all cases, we found Ceci to be personable, knowledgeable, and totally professional. You can't do better than 3Tree Realty for your real estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDNo one in Athens works harder! Ceci was recommended to me by friends and I couldn't have been happier. I was new to the buying process and Ceci guided me through it, answering every question with lots of detail and giving her unbiased opinion. On top of that, Ceci knows and has a great relationship with everyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDFor me and my husband this was our first time buying a home and going through the whole process from beginning to end. With that said I knew exactly who to call to help and that was Ceci Churchwell at 3 Tree Realty!!! Ceci worked for us and she did not force us to make a purchase because she wanted a quick sale.....there was no pressure! She answered all of my silly questions! I am so grateful to know that Ceci and her team works for their customers and I experienced it first hand. I will always refer and recommend 3 Tree realty to anyone I know look to buy or sell a home!!Thank you so much!!Michelle V
ZillowVERIFIEDCeci and I have bought 2 houses together and she has sold one for me! She is amazing. She gets what you are looking for and works hard to find it. She got a great price for me each time. Use her and she will be your realtor for life!!
ZillowVERIFIEDCeci was fantastic in helping us buy our first home! She listened to our desires and found us a great house within our budget that fit what we were looking for. She was timely, professional, and thoughtful, and she came through for us excellently. I can't recommend Ceci highly enough! You will undoubtedly get an amazing house.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe came to Athens because my husband had a job interview there. We wanted to take a tour of the Athens real estate market, and a local friend recommended Ceci Churchwell to call for that. She was fantastic. We only gave her a couple of days' notice about our visit, but she met us at a convenient location according to our schedule and took us around in her (very comfortable) car for 2+ hours. She gave us a very thorough overview of what we would be dealing with if we moved to Athens. She told us objectively all about local public and private schools since we have an 8-year old son (and she has, I believe, 3 or 4 kids, so she really knows she topic) and filled us in about many aspects of life in Athens. We felt that she really "got" us and she made us feel so comfortable. She gave us much-needed info on way more than just real estate. The house tour was a great experience for us, and we would highly recommend Ceci as a real estate agent! We didn't end up moving to Athens because of job circumstances, but if we ever did, we would immediately call Ceci!
