I would 100% recommend Aaron (and his wife, Sara) to anyone searching in the Athens area! They were so helpful in my search for a new home! Between doing showings on FaceTime and using all of their knowledge, experience, and resources to ensure the home was right for me, they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home.

Aaron and Sara are an incredible real estate team! They were both patient and understanding in helping me throughout the process of selling and purchasing. They made my first experience in selling a home easy, and their knowledge of the area was invaluable in helping me find the perfect new home. I couldn't recommend anyone better for someone looking to sell or buy in the greater Athens area.

The Watwood team has been incredible for us on multiple sales and purchases of homes. Aaron has priced our homes well and given us great advice to move forward confidently buying and selling. Sara's calm demeanor never makes you rush into a decision and helps you process your desires with the inventory available.

Aaron and Sara were incredibly helpful walking us through the whole process of buying our first home. They were so patient and answered all our questions so thoroughly and quickly. HIGHLY recommend working with them! We are living in our dream home now because of them!!
