When I moved to the DC metropolitan area, Catherine was my Realtor when I purchased my house and later on I trusted her to sell the same house. I have had Catherine for the whole process as a buyer being new to the area and as a seller. She came with a heavy recommendation from a friend of mine, and I trusted that recommendation. Well, it was an excellent decision. I inquired about her services as a Realtor via email when I lived in Hawaii, and she immediately responded to me in the middle of the night on eastern time. I havent seen a Realtor do that. She is very knowledgeable about the DMV (DC, Maryland, and Virginia) area. During my home tours she would make sure to point out unbiased concerns with the houses, and highlights of each house as we viewed them. Great communication as well throughout the whole buying and selling processes. The purchase and sale were both due to military relocation moves, and she has experience with these. I still remember her telling me to let her know when I landed at Dulles, and she had houses lined up as soon as I got off the plane, she was ready to go. On time to prepare the house for viewing, listing printouts, and other literature all prepared in a professional folder. Each tour day was well orchestrated and organized. She was flexible and worked with my condensed schedule. One day it came time for me to consider selling my house or renting it out. I immediately sent Catherine a message wondering about the pros, cons, and pricing that could be offered. Again, lightning fast reply. She gave me the up-front details. Pricing on houses updated, and I inquired about a month later. It turned out we could list at a price that would work for me. Her marketing techniques, open house updates, constant communication, friendliness, and being up front about things were true assets I appreciated as a seller. I even loved how she put a QR code on the sign so potential buyers would link right to the listing. Her brochures, advice, and even the photography were high quality products. Without hesitation, I would recommend her real estate services to anyone relocating to the DMV. She definitely kept in communication with me, and is an excellent and very professional agent. She will make sure you get your house sold or find you that dream house. She has proven to put the hours in and to do what it takes to get to your goals.
