Cassandra Marks

Cassandra Marks, known as Realtor Cas, is a farmer with a real estate problem, mother of chickens and the best cluckin' agent in SW Washington.

As the team lead of the Realtor Cas RE Group she is also an award-winning REALTORA(R) with REAL Broker | Elite Agent | Oregon PMAR 2026 Circle of Excellence Diamond Platinum Member | Licensed in Washington and Oregon.

I help families and retirees relocate to Vancouver, WA and greater Clark County (Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield, Felida, Salmon Creek, Fisher's Landing, Brush Prairie, Hockinson) and I also serve nearby Portland, OR. As a transplant-turned-local (and yes, a farmer with a wee little real estate problem), I blend straight-talk guidance with deep neighborhood knowledge so your move feels organized, confident, and actually fun.

- Relocation expertise: clear step-by-step plans, temporary-housing tips, and school-boundary guidance.
- Niches: one-level and main-level living for downsizers/retirees, family moves with yards and home-office space, and new construction options when inventory is tight.
- Strategy + speed: data-driven pricing and offer strategies, quick communication, and tough-but-kind negotiation.
