We were on a very short time schedule, absolutely no money to be able to put down for earnest money, home inspectors, etc. Even tho we were on a tight and short time schedule, we were still picky for homes. We wanted one specific town and told her exactly what we need in a home. She spent all night searching and called us early the next morning to confirm availability on home viewing appointments. As we were viewing homes, she had in mind that we couldn't afford a home inspector so she took it upon herself and inspected our home. Wearing heels and all, she got down under our home and in tight spaces just to make sure there was nothing wrong. She was very honest with EVERYTHING and left the decision up to us after telling us the downfalls. She saved us so much money. She pursued the sellers to pay all closing fees and bills for the first month of us being in the home. I highly recommend her! ?????????? 5 star rating!!

She has been both my buying and selling agent over the past 6 years. She flew home early from vacation to personally help with an issue during closing when purchasing my house. She also spent hours tracking down people and documents to help us close our difficult sale with a buyer currently overseas. She's on top of everything. Her willingness to help and immediate responses make you feel like you're her only client. I highly recommend her, and have referred a few people to her. They all successfully bought and sold their homes with her help. You won't find a better and more personable realor than her.

In early morning, she called and told me that her husband was involved in a car accident and wanted to reschedule the appointment to 3 days later. ZillowVERIFIED This lady, Carol Maines, was absolutely a God sent blessing when we started the process of selling our house, here in Parkland. From the very beginning, when we interviewed Realtors at the direction of our dear friend and family member, Timm E Johnson, (who has since gone on to be with the Lord) she stood out. Carol's straight and honest talk guided us through the process. She listened to Art's and my concerns and came up with easy creative solutions to deal with each issue as it came up. Her level headedness talked us through some long distance disappointment ( we were gone on our trip to Yellowstone and the house deal we had negotiated fell through). Carol then put the house back on the market and made sure it was ready for showing by coming over and vacuuming each morning while we were gone! She talked us through a total of 3 potential buyers and kept us on an even keel even as her own life was rocked time and time again by bizarre and weird happenings. What a Realtor--no, what a lady of distinction!We would absolutely recommend her services if you're shopping around for a Realtor, in fact, when the time comes to buy another house we'll be calling her again because she knows not only Pierce County but also Thurston (and a few others as well.)
